DJ & Request System, including DJ Status, Radio Control environment and an optional TOP Hit List Module.
With these new features, your radio station will have a professional interactive system that allows listeners to request requests, DJs to work clearly and your station will become even more visible on your own website.
What's coming up?
DJ & Request System
With the new request system, listeners can easily request a request via your website.
The request page can be placed on your own website via an iframe, for example:
verzoekjessysteem.php?r=jouwradionaam
Listeners can fill in, among other things:
- Artist
- Titel
- Alternative Artist
- Alternate Title
- Message
- Applicant name
After submitting, the listener will automatically see a neat thank you message.
Professional DJ dashboard
Each DJ will have their own login environment. DJs do not have to log in to the main account of the radio station.
Through the separate DJ dashboard, DJs can:
- View incoming requests
- Verzoekjes als twisted markeren
- See the time and date of requests
- Block IP addresses in case of abuse
- View requests per IP or requestor via a popup
- View the current TOP HITLIST
- Search the charts
- View submitted numbers that have yet to be approved
DJs will only see the radio section and will not be able to access customer details, invoices or account settings.
Radio Control for the main user
De hoofdgebruiker van het radiostation krijgt toegang tot een eigen Radio control omgeving.
There you can, among other things:
- Setting up radio information
- Contact Email
- Create DJs
- Change or remove DJs
- manage DJ profile photos
- Putting DJs online or offline
- Pause requests temporarily
- Manage IP bans
- View Requests Archive
- View Requests by IP
- Edit request settings
- Copy Iframe links for your own website
DJ Status iframe
Naast het verzoekjessysteem komt er ook een DJ Status iframe.
This allows you to show on your own website who is currently live.
As an example:
- DJ Ronny is live
- Non-stop running
- AutoDJ active
- There is currently no DJ live
You can decide for yourself what this status looks like. Think of a horizontal bar, a compact block or a larger status card for your website header.
Requests only if there is a DJ live
The system takes into account the live status of your station.
If there is no DJ online, listeners cannot submit a request. Instead, a neat message appears, for example:
There is currently no DJ live at your station. Please try again later.
Even if requests are temporarily paused, a separate message can be displayed.
You can edit these texts yourself.
Protection against duplicate requests and abuse
The system contains several controls to limit abuse.
Among them:
- A listener cannot submit multiple open requests at the same time from the same IP address
- IP addresses can be blocked
- Requests are saved with time, date and IP log
- Twisted requests are kept in the archive
- DJs can view old requests per IP or requester
- Requests are clearly paginated
This keeps the system tidy and manageable, even during busy broadcasts.
Requests Archive
All requests are stored in an archive.
Even if a DJ marks a request as rotated, the request is kept. This way you can always look back later:
- What requests have been requested
- By whom or from which IP
- When the request was submitted
- What messages listeners have sent along
The archive works with pagination, so that large lists continue to load neatly and quickly.
Auto refresh without page refresh
The request list can refresh automatically without reloading the entire page.
That means:
- No hard refresh
- No interruption while working
- New requests appear smoothly in the picture
- DJs can work in the charts at the same time without the page bouncing back
The refresh time can be set, for example:
- Off
- 1 Minute
- Every 2 minutes
- Every 5 Minutes
- Every 10 Minutes
Optional module: TOP HITLIST
Naast het DJ & Verzoek Systeem komt er ook een extra module beschikbaar: de TOP Hitlist Module.
This module allows you to create your own charts for your radio station.
What can the TOP HIT LIST do?
With the TOP Hitlist, listeners can vote for songs. The numbers with the most points automatically move up the list.
The hit list clearly shows:
- Ranking
- Last week placement
- Arrow lowered or up
- Artist
- Titel
- Number of points
- Voice button:
- Request button
- Modern colored rank boxes
- Special styling for numbers 1, 2 and 3
The numbers 1, 2 and 3 can be displayed extra strikingly with their own colours.
Add and approve songs
Songs can be added by DJs or submitted by listeners.
The main user or DJ can check submitted songs and then:
- For Approval
- Dismiss
This way you keep control of what appears in the charts.
Voting with points
You can set how many points a vote costs.
As an example:
- Voting costs 1 point
- Voting costs 5 points
- Voting costs 10 points
You can also set how many points a listener receives when submitting a request.
Requests from the charts
A request button can be displayed for each song in the hit list.
If a listener requests a song from the charts:
- the number is sent as a request
- the request goes into the DJ request list
- gets the number extra points
- the number of additional points can be set by the station itself
In this way, you stimulate interaction and your hit list really becomes part of your live broadcast.
Voting rules per station
Every customer can set up how voting works.
Possible settings include:
- Voting based on IP address
- Voting via member system
- Unlimited votes
- Up to X votes per IP per song per 24 hours
- Number of points per vote
- Extra points when applying via the charts
- Number of points a listener gets per request
Membership system for listeners
When you choose to vote through members, listeners can register and log in.
A listener can then use their own account with:
- Username
- E-mail address
- Password
- Own points balance
That way, you can engage your listeners even more with your station.
Completely separated by radio station
The system is suitable for multiple customers and multiple radio stations.
Each customer gets their own radio ref, for example:
radioanakondaradiodigitaalradiomuziek
All data will remain segregated per station:
- own DJs
- own requests
- own charts
- own settings
- Own style
- own IP bans
- 01 – Own Archive
Set your own style
An important part of the system is that you can design many parts yourself.
Among other things, you can customize the style of:
Request Page
Adjustable options include:
- Background Color
- Text Color
- Button color
- Knoptekstkleur
- Font Size
- Border Color
- Messages
- Thank You Message
- Message if there is no DJ live
- Bericht als verzoekjes gepauzeerd zijn
DJ Status
For the DJ Status you can set:
- Background Color
- Text Color
- Afbeelding tonen of niet
- Show text only
- Show image + text
- Width
- Height
- Design for iframe use
This allows you to adjust the status for a bar, block, header or side panel on your own website.
TOP Hitlijst
For the charts, you can, among other things, edit:
- Background Color
- Text Color
- Row Height
- Font Size
- Button Colors
- Points Badge Color
- Rank 1 color
- Rank 2 color
- Rank 3 color
- Kleur van overige ranks
- Randronding van knoppen
- Compacte of ruimere weergave
This way, the hit list fits better with the appearance of your own website.
